Are you passionate about recruiting and connecting great talent with exciting opportunities? We’re looking for two Remote Hiring Managers to join our growing insurance agency and play a key role in building high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Conduct phone screenings and participate in group interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
- Maintain recruiting trackers and candidate records
- Partner with leadership to support hiring goals
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruiting or hiring experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confident phone presence and professional attitude
- Experience using ATS, spreadsheets, or recruiting tools
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace
- Insurance recruiting experience is a plus
