01Order intake before ERP entry
Read proposed order fields from PDFs, spreadsheets or email attachments. Validate customer references, item mappings, quantities and prices against agreed records. Hold mismatches for order management, with the source attached. Submit eligible orders only to the approved ERP stage through a supported interface.
02Warehouse maintenance requests
Turn an incoming request into a proposed task with a site, asset, issue and requester. Flag missing details and possible duplicates. A supervisor confirms urgency and assignment; AI interpretation does not decide that equipment is safe to use. Keep the original report available to the maintenance team.
03Exceptions with someone responsible
Separate a price discrepancy from an unavailable item or a request awaiting site approval. Route each to an accountable reviewer with the unresolved fields and next action. Record the decision before resuming the workflow, so a notification is not mistaken for a resolved issue.
04A handoff the next shift can follow
Connect request, review and system status without treating a failed update as complete. Record submission responses, prevent repeated records and provide a manual fallback. Use data integration and analytics where needed to make aging exceptions and review effort visible across shifts.
